Drone House III

A group workshop, founded March 2023, published bi-monthly. Drone House is a music-based somatic & creative practice, and a container for your personal work or ritual. The services are focused meditative practices, 30 minutes in length, with small sections that build towards creative fluidity, connection with yourself and your tools, and toning your nervous system to be able to dig deeply in to that work or pleasure. The workshops are designed to be used in chronological order - coaching for specific exercises will be in depth in earlier sessions, and minimized in later sessions as the students get familiar with a particular practice. Other areas of coaching will be expanded as the series deepens. The workshops are dynamic and cumulative, slowly bringing in new concepts and work to build on the foundation.
